معاشی ٹیم کے ہمراہ پریس کانفرنس میں جاری کردہ اقتصادی سروے میں صحت کے شعبہ کے حوالے سے انہوںنے بتایا کہ مالی سال 2021 کے ایک فیصد کے مقابلے میں مالی سال 2022 کے دوران صحت کے شعبے پر جی ڈی پی کا 1.4فیصدخرچ کیا گیا ۔
موجودہ حکومت نے مستقبل میں کورونا طرز پر کسی بھی وبائی امراض اور ایمر جنسی سے نمٹنے کے لئے پی ایس ڈی پی کے تحت جاری منصوبوں پر کام کی رفتار کو تیز کیا جس کے تحت وبائی امراض کے لئے ایک مربوط نظام کے تحت لیبارٹریوں کا ایک نیٹ ورک تشکیل دیا گیا ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ حالیہ سیلابوں سے صحت کے کئی مراکز اور ہسپتالوں کو شدید نقصان پہنچا، حکومت متاثرہ صحت کے مراکز کی بحالی کے لئے پرعزم ہے،
