دوران سماعت سپرنٹنڈنٹ اڈیالا جیل نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ عدالت کا ہی حکم ہے کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی سے لسٹ لے کرکوآرڈینیٹر کے ذریعے اجازت دی جائے۔ اس دوران ایس پی جیل نے بانی پی ٹی آئی کی لسٹ بھی عدالت میں پیش کی جس پر عدالت نے سوال کیا کہ کیا یہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کے دستخط ہیں؟ ایس پی نے بتایا کہ جی یہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کے ہاتھ سے لکھی لسٹ ہے اور دستخط بھی ان کے ہیں۔اس پر مشال یوسفزئی نے کہا کہ یہ کبھی نام نکال دیتے اورکبھی نام ڈال دیتے ہیں.
