کابل (انٹرنیشنل نیوز)افغانستان کی طالبان حکومت نے 6.5 بلین ڈالر کی سرمایہ کاری والے سات کان کنی کے معاہدوں پر دستخط کرلیے ہیں۔
یہ معاہدے افغان طالبان کے جو دو سال قبل اقتدار پر براجمان ہونے کے بعد ہوئے سب سے بڑے معاہدوں میں شامل ہیں۔افغان حکومت کی جانب سے جاری بیان کے مطابق مقامی طور پر قائم کمپنیوں کے ساتھ سات معاہدوں پر دستخط کیے گئے، جن میں سے بعض چین اور ایران سمیت دیگر ممالک میں شراکت دار ہیں۔ان معاہدوں میں میں چار صوبوں ہرات، غور، لوگر اور تخار میں لوہے، سیسہ، زنک اور سونے کی کان کنی اور پروسیسنگ شامل ہے۔
افغانستان کے نائب وزیر اعظم برائے اقتصادی امور عبدالغنی برادر کی جانب سے معاہدوں سے متعلق ایک بیان میں کچھ تفصیلات بتائی گئیں، اور کہا گیا کہ ان سے ہزاروں ملازمتیں پیدا ہوں گی اور ملک کی معاشی صورتحال میں نمایاں بہتری آئے گی۔افغانستان میں کان کنی کے شعبے کے ماہر جاوید نورانی کا کہنا ہے کہ ان معاہدوں کے لیے فراہم کیے گئے کوئی بھی اعداد و شمار اس وقت تک گمراہ کن ہو سکتے ہیں، جب تک کہ زمین پر کان کنی کے کام شروع نہ ہوجائیں، جس میں برسوں لگ سکتے ہیں۔جاوید نورانی نے امریکی خبر رساں ایجنسی کو بتایا کہ، ‘طالبان جانتے ہیں افغانستان میں معدنیات ہیں اور یہ نقد رقم ہے، لیکن یہ آسان نقدی نہیں ہے۔
